Family Vision and Eye Exams

Eye Health Physicals

When was your last eye exam? At North Shore Eye Health and Wellness, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family, babies on up! The Doctors at North Shore Eye Health and Wellness recommend annual, medical, eye examinations for you and your family members in order to protect your vision and eye health.

Comprehensive Eye Exam

While some eye diseases have obvious symptoms such as red eyes, light sensitivity, change in vision or flashing lights, many serious, vision-threatening problems have no warning signs. Proper eye care and medical evaluation can help prevent your eyesight from being taken from you. Annual eye exams can also detect diabetes, hypertension, retinal holes or tears, and other medical conditions that impact our entire body.

Case History and Consult

During an Eye Health Physical, Dr. Kyle Ross and his staff will ask you questions about any symptoms or issues you are experiencing, medications you are currently taking, any blurry vision, your work environment, and your overall health. Family history and previous eye or vision conditions will also be discussed during this part of the examination. Dr. Ross will consider this information when determining any treatments or recommendations.
