Her expertise, clinical knowledge, and outgoing personality fits perfectly with our mission and goal of providing the best eye health care to all of our patients.
Growing up in Menomonee Falls, she attended Marian University for Nursing. Upon completion of College, Jules became interested in clinical eye care and gained experience in the field within hospital and private practice settings. Lori and her husband, Gerry, relocated to the area from Weyauwega, WI to be closer to their children. Her claim to fame is being a survivor of the great train derailment of 1996, which displaced the residents of that small community for 21 days.
We are lucky to have Rachel within our family! Well connected to the local area, Rachel was born in West Bend, went to elementary and middle school at First Immanuel in Cedarburg, and attended High School in Grafton. In the Spring of 2015, Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a minor in German. Sprechen sie Deutsch? Throughout college, Rachel worked for the Dean of Students at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and also interned at the National Alliance of Mental Illness. Currently, she is on her way to earning her Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration at Loyola University Chicago.
In the meantime, Rachel is a key part of our team as our patient care coordinator. She enjoys reading, watching and playing sports, swimming, and spending time with friends & family.
Rebecca Jahn is an ABO certified optician who comes to us with over 11 years of experience. She attended the Opticianry Sciences program at Milwaukee Area Technical College, graduating in 2006 at the top of her class. After completing college, she had the honor of sitting on the advisory board of Opticianry Sciences for MATC, helping restructure the program in 2011. Since then, she has worked locally, fine tuning her skills in eyeglass fittings and preliminary testing while offering friendly customer service to every patient she encounters.
As a child, Rebecca called Milwaukee home, until moving to Mequon in her high school years. She now lives in beautiful Port Washington with her fiancé Mike and young daughter Jaylee, who is the light of her life. Optical is her passion but Rebecca also loves cooking, crafting, playing fantasy football, and grilling every chance she gets. Her free time is filled with lots of time outdoors, spending quality time with her family and friends and going to see Brewers, Chinooks, and Admirals games.
